This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data by Planzo B.V. in the context of qualitative and quantitative research. We handle personal data with care and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What personal data do we process?
We design our research projects in such a way that participants are, wherever possible, not directly identifiable. Clients receive only aggregated research results that cannot be traced back to individual participants, unless participants have been clearly informed beforehand and have given their explicit consent, or another lawful basis applies.

Some research projects may involve additional privacy arrangements or specific processing activities. Therefore, the invitation, the survey landing page, or the research information will always specify:

Interviews and follow-up research
If you voluntarily register for an interview or follow-up research, we process only the contact details that you provide yourself. These contact details are used solely for the stated purpose and, where possible, are stored separately from your research responses.
Sharing personal data
To conduct our research, we may use specialised service providers, such as survey platforms, data analysis services, or hosting providers. Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, we enter into appropriate data processing agreements in accordance with the GDPR.
We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties unless this is necessary for carrying out the research, required by law, or otherwise permitted under a valid legal basis.
